These terms apply when you book a ride with Airport Limo Hamilton. By booking, you agree to them.

Bookings

You can request a ride online or by phone. A booking is confirmed only after we confirm the vehicle, the pickup time and the flat rate with you. Until then it is a request, not a reservation.

Rates and payment

Our airport trips use flat rates. The rate we confirm is the rate you pay. Extra stops, route changes or waiting time beyond what is included may cost more. We always tell you the price of an extra before you approve it.

Cancellations

You can cancel or reschedule up to 4 hours before your pickup at no charge. Cancelling later, or not showing up, may be charged in full.

Airport pickups and delays

We track incoming flights and adjust your pickup time when your flight is early or late. You do not pay extra for flight delays. For departures, please book enough time for check-in and security. We are not responsible for missed flights caused by weather, traffic, road closures or other events outside our control.

Passengers and conduct

• Seatbelts must be worn at all times.
• Smoking and vaping are not allowed in any vehicle.
• Ontario law requires proper child seats. Tell us what you need when you book and we will install it.
• Passengers are responsible for damage they cause to the vehicle.

Luggage and belongings

Each vehicle page lists its passenger and luggage capacity. If you leave something in a vehicle, call us. We will do our best to return it to you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with its effective date, is the one that applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
